Product Summary
The SE567D is a highly stable phase-locked loop with synchronous AM lock detection and power output circuitry. Primary function of the SE567D is to drive a load whenever a sustained frequency within its detection band is present at the self-biased input. The bandwidth center frequency and output delay are independently determined by means of four external components.
Parametrics
SE567D absolute maximum ratings: (1)TA Operating temperature: -55 to +125 ℃; (2)VCC Operating voltage: 10 V; (3)V+ Positive voltage at input: 0.5 +VS V; (4)V- Negative voltage at input: -10 VDC; (5)VOUT Output voltage (collector of output transistor): 15 VDC; (6)TSTG Storage temperature range: -65 to +150 ℃; (7)PD Power dissipation: 300 mW.
Features
SE567D features: (1)Wide frequency range (.01Hz to 500kHz); (2)High stability of center frequency; (3)Independently controllable bandwidth (up to 14%); (4)High out-band signal and noise rejection; (5)Logic-compatible output with 100mA current sinking capability; (6)Inherent immunity to false signals; (7)Frequency adjustment over a 20-to-1 range with an external resistor; (8)Military processing available.
