Product Summary
The HT7827 is a TinyPowerTM LDO. The HT7827 positive, linear regulator features low quiescent current (5μA typ.) with low dropout voltage, making them ideal for battery applications. The device is capable of supplying 500mA of output current continuously. The HT7827 is available with several fixed output voltages ranging from 1.8V to 5.0V. Although designed primarily as fixed voltage regulators, the HT7827 can be used with external components to obtain variable voltages and currents.
